We can't take your money
Most bots hold custody, or move funds across exchanges through their own wallet. Vectra trades through your MEXC API key with explicit trade-only permission. Withdrawal endpoint = unreachable by design.
We publish the backtest you ran
The Performance page numbers come from the same JSONL the backtest engine writes. The CLI command is on the page. Your reproduction matches our number — or you file an issue.
We refuse the lies that sell
No 100% win rate. No 5+ Sharpe. No "AI-powered" without specifics. No fake testimonials. The methodology page lists everything we won't claim — even when it would help us close.
Why most bots lie
The economics force it.
CAC is high
A real Sharpe of 1.8 doesn't sell as well as a fake 5.2. To pay for ads, the marketing has to oversell.
Custody = recurring revenue
Bots that hold customer funds can charge management fees. Trade-only bots can't — so they don't.
Open methodology = no moat
If you publish the strategy, customers can replicate it. Most bots hide the strategy specifically because it's mediocre.
