What we collect
Email address when you join the waitlist. Exchange API keys you provide for trading — stored encrypted, never logged. Bot metrics(trades, equity, gate decisions) generated by your account's activity. Server logs (IP, user-agent, request path) for security and debugging, retained 30 days.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or session-replay tooling. We do not access your exchange withdrawal endpoints (API keys must be trade-only).
Where data lives
Postgres + Redis on European infrastructure (Hetzner). Backups encrypted at rest, retained 14 days. No cross-border data transfer outside the EU/EEA except to broker APIs (MEXC, IBKR, OANDA) as required to execute trades.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can request export, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing the address below. We respond within 30 days. You can also revoke API keys directly on the exchange to stop all bot activity immediately.
