Questions, answered plainly

What does “early access” mean?
It means the capability is real but not yet generally available. Mirror paper portfolios are live for every account today; configurable per-tenant paper bots are being rolled out next. Anything labelled early access is exactly that; we don't sell features that don't exist.
How does the free paper portfolio work?
When you sign up we open a $10,000 virtual book per market (crypto, equities, FX), anchored at that moment. Every paper trade the engine takes is scaled onto your books from then on — no backfilled history, so the curve you see is exactly what you would have made since joining.
Do you take custody of my funds?
No. Live trading (Desk) uses your own broker API keys, encrypted at rest. Vectra never holds your money.
Will I make money?
We don't promise profits — nobody honestly can. We publish our full track record, drawdowns included, and the statistical evidence behind every strategy. Read it before you subscribe.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period; annual plans are refunded pro-rata.
