What does “early access” mean?: It means the capability is real but not yet generally available. Mirror paper portfolios are live for every account today; configurable per-tenant paper bots are being rolled out next. Anything labelled early access is exactly that; we don't sell features that don't exist.
How does the free paper portfolio work?: When you sign up we open a $10,000 virtual book per market (crypto, equities, FX), anchored at that moment. Every paper trade the engine takes is scaled onto your books from then on — no backfilled history, so the curve you see is exactly what you would have made since joining.
Do you take custody of my funds?: No. Live trading (Desk) uses your own broker API keys, encrypted at rest. Vectra never holds your money.
Will I make money?: We don't promise profits — nobody honestly can. We publish our full track record, drawdowns included, and the statistical evidence behind every strategy. Read it before you subscribe.
Can I cancel any time?: Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period; annual plans are refunded pro-rata.
